James W. Sofroney is a licensed NJ Real Estate Broker active in South Jersey rea  estate for nearly 30 years. He is also a  licensed General Appraiser in NJ, PA & DEL. He has been designated a Certified R.E.   Brokerage Manager (CRB) by the National Association of Realtors and is a graduate of  the NJ Realtor Institute (GRI). He is a two term past president of Cape May County Board of Realtors and past 6th District V.P. of NJ Association of Realtors. A third generation Sea Isle City real estate broker, he resides with his wife Diann in Sea Isle City.
